PhosAgro IFRS net profit falls 66% to 16.9 bln rbl in 2020
MOSCOW, Feb 19 (PRIME) -- The net profit of Russian fertilizer producer PhosAgro fell by 65.8% to 16.921 billion rubles in 2020, as calculated under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the company said in a statement on Friday.
The adjusted net profit increased by 26.3% to 46.791 billion rubles, revenue rose by 2.3% to 253.879 billion rubles, and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization (EBITDA) grew by 11.5% to 84.28 billion rubles.
The company’s free cash flow rose 50% to 42.517 billion rubles in 2020.
In October–December, the company’s net profit soared by 90% to 12.963 billion rubles, adjusted net profit almost tripled to 7.48 billion rubles, revenue rose by 10.8% to 58.891 billion rubles, and EBITDA grew by 64.3% to 18.383 billion rubles.
